The Siddeley Group was founded on a simple observation: the people who need migration law also need employment support. The businesses bridging China and Australia also need local talent strategy. These needs are inseparable — but the expertise required to meet them properly is not.
So we built four separate companies, each registered, each staffed by specialists who do one thing exceptionally well. We placed them in the same building, under the same governance framework, so clients who need more than one discipline don't have to leave the floor.
Each brand maintains its own identity, its own standards, and its own leadership. What they share is a postcode, a set of principles, and a refusal to overpromise.
Our headquarters is Level 9, Tower 3, 18–38 Siddeley Street, Docklands — five minutes from Southern Cross Station, at the convergence of Melbourne's CBD and its international-facing institutions.
